
The MMI section of the emergency call station is the operator interface, and enables emergency call handling.
It provides

Autonomous operation without central database with automatic or manual switch to back-up system.
• Icons and desktop wallpaper can be customised by the system administrator - 100% customisable system
• Local agency management (police, security, emergency, breakdown services) with geographical locations and availability status
• Time-stamped event logging (calls, failures, etc. with integrated export function)
• Operator log-ins and associated profiles can be set up and configured
• Password-managed operational security
• ECN Networks can be fully configured and maintained
• ECN tests (emergency call points, aerials and network)
• System component monitoring with integrated alarms (PIRAU, MMI, gateways, telephones)
