ECN Front-end Component (PIRAU)

The emergency call response system (PIRAU) consists of the following cards and electronic components.
These have been developed by our teams in our laboratories, and are specifically designed for multi-source emergency call network (ECN) management.

The CPU is also available as a variable message sign (VMS) management or video monitoring camera remote control version.

General characteristics

• Computerised management system interfacing and remote maintenance via IP
• Unlimited call detection and management
• Call connection between operators and callers, as many connections as there are operators
• Logging of configurations, technical system alarms, test results and events
• Remote configuration and setting using TEDI/LCR (French road traffic protocol) through a serial or TCP/IP link
